WHERE ARE YOU SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCTS FROM?

All products are shipped from our Southern California and Charlotte NC warehouse. 

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. We will choose the best shipping carrier for your order. 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 2 - 3 days. Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping time is 5 - 7 business days in the USA. International shipping varies based on destination. Typically, it takes 10 - 20 business days for international shipments.

The delivery time for orders are estimates given to us directly from the couriers, and do not take into account holidays and weekends. Beauty & Bronze Clothing and Accessories does not guarantee delivery dates. If for some reason your order is delayed in being fulfilled, we will contact you immediately. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service, and will make every effort to uphold prompt delivery of your order.

If the client, for any reason, refuses an item for delivery no refund will be provided for the shipping fee and additional charges will apply.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

Currently we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping will be standard, 5 - 7  business days in USA and 10 - 20 business days for international.  

HOW DO YOU HANDLE RETURNS/EXCHANGES? 

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

 If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) in the same form as the original payment type. Any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

 In case following conditions are not met Beauty & Bronze Clothing and Accessories reserves the right to charge 15% restocking fee or refuse the return.

- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase

- items and packaging must be received in new condition

- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged

- packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.

- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box

- return package must include copy the original invoice or sale receipt

 Before returning package you need to contact info@beautyandbronzeapparel.com to receive Return Authorization Number (number to be placed on returning package). You can e-mail us at amie@beautyandbronzeapparel.com

*If it is our error, then we will pay for shipping back to us. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock.

Once we receive the request, a return address will be provided to process the return/exchange.
